Apprenticeships
At Shepherd our three-year craft apprenticeships in Carpentry/Joinery and Bricklaying will develop you in a real trade, working alongside our skilled and experienced craftspeople, whilst you study at college to achieve NVQ qualifications in your chosen craft.
You will work on live sites with qualified craftspeople, learning from their expertise and gaining practical hands-on experience in your craft.
