Shepherd offers an excellent two-year development programme with openings in Project and Site Management, Quantity Surveying and Planning, as well as business function roles in procurement, IT, Design and HR.
Throughout the two-year programme you will focus on work-based learning and assessment and be allocated a mentor to guide and advise you. You will be paid a competitive salary, receive a flexible rewards package and company car/car allowance.
A number of graduate sponsorships are also offered each year, with an opportunity to gain experience throughout your vacations and industrial placement periods.
