Industrial Placement Programme
A number of one-year industrial placement programmes are available at Shepherd designed to provide you with knowledge and practical experience across a range of disciplines including Site Management, Planning and Quantity Surveying. Throughout your placement you will focus on work-based learning and assessment, working alongside your allocated personal mentor.
Placements are also available in head office functions such as estimating, buying, HR and marketing.
