Description:
Provide operational and build methodology input to bid submission to ensure the production of a winning bid strategy, as directed.

Provide leadership, direction and support to the project team and effectively implement the agreed Project Delivery Plan to deliver projects on time, safely and on or better than budget.

Monitor and check the performance of the project team against the plan taking pro-active corrective action to ensure plan goals are achieved.

Develop and maintain a “one team” approach to closing out projects on time and delight the client and project stakeholders at all stages of the construction process.

Build project team capability to ensure all members of the project team have a clear understanding of their role, responsibilities and accountabilities.

Provide customer focused aftercare support on the project to ensure there is prompt release of retention and the opportunity for repeat business is maintained.

Act as a Shepherd Way Champion and role model ensuring all project based processes and tools are embedded and deliver enhanced business results.

Qualifications Required:
Ideally Degree in appropriate Discipline

Ideally Postgraduate Diploma

A minimum of a HNC is expected or equivalent vocational experience

Corporate Membership of Professional body desirable
