Liverpool Award For Shepherd Construction
Shepherd has won the Property Services Award in the City of Liverpool Business Awards run by the Downtown Liverpool In Business networking group.
The company, one of five shortlisted in the Property Services category, was presented with the award during last week’s ceremony at the Sefton Park Palm House in Liverpool.
Peter Millett, managing director for Shepherd Construction’s West Division commented: “We were delighted to pick up this award as it underlines our strength in Liverpool and the ties we have to the city.”
Shepherd Construction recently completed the final phase of development at St Paul’s Square in Liverpool with the handing over No 4, a 109,000 sq ft of Grade A office development that has a BREEAM Excellent rating.
The company is also currently on-site refurbishing Liverpool’s Central Library.
