New Business Development Manager Appointed
Shepherd Construction has appointed Stephen Swain as Business Development Manager within its West Division, with responsibility for implementing the company’s work winning strategy across the Midlands.
Stephen was previously director of Solihull-based company Flexibuilds Ltd and prior to that he held senior business development roles at both Miller Construction and Mowlem Building.
He brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and a successful track record in developing business turnover as well as extensive knowledge of main contractor bidding and framework management.
He will be based at Shepherd Construction’s Birmingham office.
