Leadership Team
Shepherd Construction’s Executive Board comprises a Chief Executive, Commercial Director, Finance Director and Executive Director of Operations.
They are supported strategically by an Executive HR Director and Business Director.
Working closely with the Executive Board is a Senior Management team structure with managing directors for the West, East and South Divisions and directors leading the estimating and supply chain and health and safety functions.
