Richmond School
Welcome to Shepherd Construction's info-site for the Richmond School programme.
Works on the £24m project at Richmond School started at the beginning of September. The 17,500m sq meter development is on behalf of North Yorkshire County Council and is the phased re-development of the existing school site. This will also include the refurbishment of Grade II listed buildings.
Shepherd already has a history in Richmond and actually built the original middle school in 1961, as well as having a regional office in the area until 1975. Shepherd’s connections with Richmond School are equally strong with many of the project team being educated there.
