This project saw the construction of a new warehouse, together with the extension and refurbishment of an existing warehouse, used for storage and distribution. Environmental considerations were high during the construction works and part of the works involved the creation of a new storm overflow-balancing pond to support Starbeck, a local stream that runs inside the site boundary.
