With 316 one and two bedroom apartments, set in two interlinking 12 and 32 storey towers, City Lofts is now Sheffield’s tallest building. The development also includes 88 car parking spaces and 2043m² of retail space over two levels. Its construction used the latest off site techniques including unitised curtain walling for the façade, pods for the kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites and prefabricated cylinder cupboards. All of this provided innovative, cost-effective solutions, guaranteed quality and reduced time in the construction programme.
