This development has transformed the Leeds waterfront into vibrant living, leisure, commercial and retail spaces. Over five separate contracts, Shepherd constructed a number of multi-storey interlinking residential blocks, comprising a mix of 1008 apartments and penthouses, offices and car parking. The main feature of the Clarence Dock development is Clarence House, a 66m tower consisting of 227 apartments and six retail units - the twelfth tallest building in Leeds.
