This 23-storey residential development comprises 185 luxury apartments, a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool and 190 car parking spaces on two basements levels. There is also a cold store area for deliveries. Externally there are landscaped gardens with lawns, pathways, water features and mature trees. The apartments are located adjacent to the Docklands Light Railway and an existing dock wall. Over 40,000 tonnes of excavation waste had to be removed from site and a local barge company was employed to ensure this was done in the most traditional and environmentally friendly way.
