Holland Park School is a landmark education scheme within the Kensington conservation area, adjacent to Holland Park in London. Constructed over three distinct phases, the new school will provide 16,700m² accommodation for 1,500 students aged between 11 and 18, and over 100 staff. New facilities include a 25m swimming pool, which will help to promote health and fitness in the local community. A major part of the works has been the introduction of high-standard temporary accommodation, to allow demolition of the existing school to take place. This accommodation comprises a four-storey fully-fitted out 156-module classroom block and two-storey 14-module reception unit.
The new school forms part of a major redevelopment scheme, including 72 new flats, 83 new social rented and key worker flats and a new Children's Centre
