A two-storey designer outlet, which incorporates a themed Viking food courter area on the second floor, with a life size Viking Long Boat. During the initial project phase, Shepherd constructed the entire building shell and managed the fit-out of two-thirds of the retail units. Subsequent contracts have included the internal fitting out of the second and third phases of retail units and the conversion of the West Mall into 10 individual units, all undertaken whilst the remainder of the outlet continued trading.

Other elements of the outlet include a management suite, an external covered play area, 2600 car parking spaces, a new cycle path and the planting of 450 trees as part of an extensive landscaping programme.
