Located within the existing Glan Clwyd Hospital, the new centre treats 1600-2000 patients a year with the latest treatments available for radiotherapy and chemotherapy.  It’s state of the art equipment includes two linear accelerators.  The centre is linked to the baby delivery unit and the children’s ward, which both remained operational throughout the construction programme.  Planning and logistics were carefully managed to ensure there was no disruption to these areas.
