This luxury residential design will include 27 apartments in an eight-storey building together with a two-storey basement car park. The apartment blocks will border the Regents Canal and footpath, as well as the overground section of the Metropolitan line in London. The work is on behalf of Pantelli Associates.

The scheme includes a glass-encased circular two-storey penthouse, with five bedrooms and bathrooms, along with 26 individually designed apartments. Other features of the building will include an integrated reception and home management system.
