This is the fourth project for Shepherd at West Moor Park, which saw the construction of a new warehouse and 162-space car park. It was developed into a refrigerated process building, within an outer shell building, to offer a production preparation and packing area. Special loading bays also feature within the project, which are constantly sealed when in use to ensure a constant temperature. Offices, canteen and other facilities are also provided for staff.
