This project forms part of the first phase of the Talbot Gateway Redevelopment Scheme and will create a new Sainsbury’s store, with a two-storey car park providing 600 spaces.  The car deck is situated on the upper levels above the sales floor.

The local authority’s vision is to create a Civic and Cultural Quarter set within a large mixed use pedestrian friendly development & to re-establish Blackpool as the retail, business, civic and cultural centre for the Fylde Coastal Region
