Phase 1 incorporates a 1,000m² office block, 10-storey retail and residential block, with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a 397-space multi-storey car park. The second phase saw the creation of an 8-storey 17,000m² office block with a feature glass bridge and canopy. An 8-storey 10,126m m² Grade A office building formed the third phase of the scheme.
