A multi-level sport, leisure and retail complex, located near to Leeds. At the heart of the scheme is a real ski slope measuring 175m x 37.5m. The three-lane slope contains a large overhead box-section gantry, which runs its entire length. This contains the snow ingredients (water and glycerol pipes, coolers and blowers), which combine to create a snowstorm effect. The nightly snowstorm replenishes the snow by depositing 14 tonnes of new snowflakes over the entire 6,562m² of the ski slope. The complex also features a 14-screen multiplex cinema with 2860 seats, a 20-lane ten-pin bowling alley and family entertainment, retail outlets and bars and restaurants,
