This major new retail development includes 70 modern retail units of varying sizes, including a 8918.7m² store for Debenhams. The lower floor of the development has been taken by Sainsbury’s and their 8547m² store feeds directly into a 1,000-space car park. Two large public squares and a redeveloped market hall also form part of the scheme, together with restaurants, cafes and other fashion stores.

This new shopping arcade has transformed Wigan’s town centre. Incorporating 35 new shop units and an 825 space car park, Grand Arcade was built on the site of the famous Wigan casino, and theming around this has been incorporated throughout the food mezzanine area.
