Office Administrator/Receptionist - London

Office Administrator/Receptionist required to work for Shepherd Construction based at our Central London Office.


The Role

We are looking for someone to provide administrative support and reception duties to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will ensure a high level of customer service at all times and project a professional image of the company to clients, visitors and internal customers. 


Essential Experience

Maths and English GCSE or equivalent desirable

Experience of using a busy switchboard

Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

 • The ability to stay calm under pressure 

Excellent organisational skills 

The ability to prioritise and be flexible 

Good communication and team working skills

The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment 

An enthusiastic and confident nature 

Evidence of thorough attention to detail
