Work Winning Manager - London
We are looking for a Work Winning Manager to join our Central Work Winning team based in our London Office.
The Role
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the work winning activity for the division from inception until submission reporting to the Programme Director.
Key accountabilities will include:
- To maintain or exceed a win rate of 1:3
- Demonstrate a solid network of high level contacts and established relationships
- Build key interfaces both internally and externally to enhance business performance
- Carry out detailed decision to pursue and decision to bid analysis to ensure selectivity of the correct opportunities are made to maximise win rate and return on investment.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the Shepherd Way bid process
Essential Experience
- Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
- Construction related qualification would be advantageous
- Proven track record in bid management and administration
- Proven track record in writing quality bid submissions including frameworks
- Sound business acumen
- Construction Industry knowledge acquired with a leading national or regional contractor
- Commercial acumen of the prevailing construction market and ability to highlight opportunities to grow customer base.
- Knowledge of key work providers in division.
